Item Restoration Results, Decoration / Engraving / Inscription Recovery & Hotfix

\[1. Full Item Loss Restoration]

The restoration work for the full item loss issue caused by the server outage on July 25 (UTC 08:00–12:00) has been completed.

As a sincere apology, compensation will be provided to all players.

The compensation mail for all players will be sent out sequentially starting from July 30, 20:00 (KST | Seoul) \[July 30, 04:00 (PDT | San Francisco), July 30, 12:00 (BST | London)].

(Depending on each user and their network environment, delivery may vary by up to a few hours.)

In addition, players who actually experienced the full item loss issue have received an extra token of compensation.

All restored items and compensation have been delivered to your in-game Mailbox. After updating and logging back in, you will see a restoration notice popup along with the details of what has been delivered.

■ If Your Decorations / Engravings / Inscriptions Were Not Restored

During the restoration process, we found that in some cases, the Decoration, Engraving, and Inscription data applied to equipment could not be restored from server data alone.

To restore this data as fully as possible, we need your local save data.

If your Decorations / Engravings / Inscriptions were not restored, please submit your Steam ID along with a compressed archive of all files in the specified folder through the survey below.

We are currently reviewing all submitted surveys in order and proceeding with restoration. If any required information or files are missing, we will request a resubmission via email.

■ If Restoration Is Not Possible Even with Save Data

If the necessary information in your submitted save data has already been lost or overwritten, we may be unable to restore your Decoration, Engraving, and Inscription data.

In such cases, once we confirm that restoration is not possible, we will provide separate compensation. Further details on this compensation will be announced separately at a later date.

\[2. Free DLC Skin]

The free skin that was to be provided as outage compensation has been delayed due to development issues and is now scheduled to be delivered in August.

We apologize once again for the delay.

\[3. Hotfix Details]

Please note that server traffic may surge immediately after the update, which could result in a queue of up to 30 minutes. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Improvements

- When an error occurred during server communication, unprocessed actions were being recovered upon game restart; however, this made it appear as if items had been lost.

The recovery process now correctly displays restored results for various operations, including Synthesis, Alchemy, Crafting, Offering, and Act Boss Chest rewards.

- In the reward mail popup, multiple copies of the same item are now displayed in a single slot with a quantity text.

- Clicking the mail button again now closes the Mailbox UI.

■ Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where the death animation would not play when a revived hero died immediately after revival.

- Fixed an issue where the Mailbox UI and Shop UI could open at the same time and overlap.

- Fixed an issue where item names in the Mailbox did not display their rarity colors.

- Fixed an issue where treasure chests would not open in certain situations.

- Fixed an issue where some skills of the Stage 3-10 boss intermittently failed to deal damage to heroes.

- Fixed an issue where an untranslated message could occasionally appear when using Alt + Right Click on an item in the Inventory while the Cube registration requirements were not met.

- Fixed an issue where the Slayer could cast Axe Spin infinitely when the Multistrike Enhancement stat was added.

- Fixed an issue where the remaining time on reward mail was displayed incorrectly. (The expiration time for the previous server outage compensation mail is 7/31 15:00 (UTC). Please make sure to claim all mail before then.)

- Fixed an issue where delivered reward mail could not be viewed in the Mailbox UI.
